  • Spread Drinkware

  • To make drinking water an effortless and attractive extension of daily routines and making this value accessible for any individual by maintaining a low price.

  • In several iterations, we created a design with a sliding lid mechanism, to create the possibility of opening the drinking bottle easily with one hand. In order to create this, but maintain simplicity and accessibility for easy cleaning, the lid has been carefully examined as a whole, as well as for its individual cleanable parts. With this mechanism successfully operating, iterated was on the eventual CMF of the product, to create an everyday tool that motivates its own use within any environment.

Double-essence aroma diffuser

Essential oils can help people to relax, recharge and improve their overall health. The ultrasonic technology in the diffusers from Fogger are among the best in their sort, but the market is quite saturated and homogenous. We used the technological strong-arm of Fogger and crucial user insights to develop a 2-tank product that allows users more easily than ever to enhance their homes and their lives.

  • Fogger - Consumer electronics

  • To make drinking water an effortless and attractive extension of daily routines and making this value accessible for any individual by maintaining a low price.

  • In several iterations, we created a design with different compartments and different interactions that allows the user to explore scent. Starting from interchangeable water compartments, we worked towards the final and fully integrated setup, which includes an intuitive rotary touch button and soft mood light. Users can now change easily from the one aroma to the other, as well as mix them together for a stimulating effect.

Cooking totem

This stackable cookware set is designed for the practical cook to enhance modern kitchens and conquer different food moments. The unique formation motivates to show cookware instead of hiding it. The cookware transforms into dining ware by removing the handle allowing users to serve the food directly on the table.

The New Classic

The New Classic is a fresh approach to German-style knives that introduces softer curves and straight cuts to give life to useful sober products. The product line, developed for Fasaka, was introduced in 2019 with its accompanying knife blocks. The modular block is perfect for small spaces and a tight budget. It consists of a set of separate small blocks that allow the user to acquire and configure them, depending on their budget and living space conditions

  • DKS

  • Creating a product language that is both modern and traditional, and combining this with simple yet elegantly clever product functionalities.

  • Together with the team of Fasaka, we went through a series of workshops to identify how we could capture their brand intentions in a characterizing form language. After several iterations, we made a knife set and scissor that embodies both the quality, craftsmanship, and accessibility that they stand for. Each knife has a small icon on the back to represent the function. The modular blocks are part of the set, which allows consumers to easily choose their favorite set-up.

Rayzy - Single blade safety razor

Single-blade razor designed for a safer and healthier shave (work in progress. Being prepared for mass production).

  • Rayzy BV

  • Design a gender-neutral and luxurious shaving system for the bikini area.

After our research stage, we concluded that single-blade (safety) razors offer better shaving results, including less skin irritation and lesions. Yet, single-blade razors have been commonly associated with male users and require higher skills to be used efficiently and safely.

  • We designed a single-blade razor that integrates features and qualities of multi-blade and modern razors. A metallic handle covered with a rubberized grip allows the blade to tilt and adjust its position on the skin. A disposable cartridge containing a double-sided blade was designed to enhance safety and usability, preventing accidental cuts and optimizing accessibility and ease of use.

Cookware packaging

Sarcophagus box designed to disrupt the traditional packaging design of cookware products (work in progress).

  • Al Ahram - Cookware

  • Design a protective packaging system for the 2022 Al Ahram cookware collection. The packaging system needed to be optimized for e-commerce and retail. The client express emphasized the importance of the unboxing experience as well as the capability of the packaging system to stand out from the saturated cookware market.

  • We designed a sarcophagus box that opens by breaking a horizontal embedded seal. The box is designed to protect the products during transportation and to showcase them once the box is opened. The visual design and branding of the box take a refreshed approach and differentiate themselves from the conventional cookware packaging design.
