Tumbletea set out to transform premium tea from a traditional ritual into a fresh, social, and desirable lifestyle experience for a younger audience. I led the development of the product strategy, brand positioning, visual identity system, packaging ecosystem, and launch experience, creating a scalable brand designed for international growth and licensing.

The project resulted in the acquisition of licensing rights by multiple investors and is currently being prepared for launch in Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and the UK. The brand system was intentionally designed to support international market adaptation, future product expansion, and long-term brand growth.
