Smart cooking pot

  • SPOT is an induction-compatible smart cookware set with sensors and real-time feedback technology. It helps home cooks reduce food waste and achieve healthier recipes by preventing overcooking and burning. Spot measures cooking time, surface temperature, and CO2 levels to provide guidance and alerts when CO2 levels exceed the threshold. After a one-time calibration, it ensures precise temperature control for worry-free cooking.

Between smart appliances and cookware

The challenge of this project was to design an innovative smart cooking solution that not only elevated the cooking experience but also significantly enhanced the client's production capacity.

While smart technologies are still uncommon in cookware, we recognized this as a unique opportunity to create a game-changing product. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate smart features into the cookware, transforming it into a meaningful, next-level experience for users, while offering enhanced efficiency for the client.

Burnt food: a daily pain.

After exploring various possibilities, we identified that one of the most common and frustrating challenges in cooking is burning food—an issue that not only diminishes the culinary experience but also poses health risks and contributes to unnecessary food waste.

This insight became the cornerstone of our project, guiding us to develop a solution that enhances both the quality of cooking and reduces negative environmental and health impacts.
